Late Access

The front door will be locked at 11pm. If returning to the hotel after 11pm and the door is locked, please dial the hotel phone number 01745 582716 listed on the front door or ring the doorbell for access.​

Servicing of bedrooms

If you prefer not to have your room cleaned, please inform reception. Tea, coffee, toiletries and toilet roll can be collected from reception.​

Assistance

​If you need assistance, please dial 0 on your room phone, day or night.​ For emergency assistance (Police, Ambulance, Fire) please dial 999.​

Lost Property

The hotel will retain lost property for three months, after which unclaimed items will be disposed of. A postage fee will apply if items need to be mailed.

Smoking

​It is against the law to smoke in this bedroom, in the corridors or any other public area of the hotel. Smoke sets off the fire alarm and we can identify the exact location. Any false alarm will be charged to you at a cost of £200. If your bedroom requires de-odorising and extra cleaning during your stay due to smoke, we will charge a minimum fee of £50 to your credit/debit card.​

Dog Friendly Areas

We are happy to allow dogs in our conservatory, lounge and gardens. ​You are welcome to have them join you for breakfast and dinner, if you are seated in our conservatory. ​Fresh water and doggie mats are available in the conservatory​. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in public areas​. We kindly ask that your dog keeps chat to a discretional level in the conservatory, so as not to disturb other guests. We also have dog friendly rooms available.

Leisure Club

All hotel residents are permitted to use all of the health and leisure facilities free of charge. You must sign in and out to use the facilities. Please sign in at the leisure club reception next to the swimming pool. Towels are provided for you at the leisure reception so no need to take them from your bedroom. You will need £1 coin if you intend on using the lockers. If you require any further information please call leisure on 320 from your bedroom telephone

Monday to Friday 7am – 7.30pm​, Saturday 8am - 7.30pm, Sunday 9am – 4.30pm​

Children Swimming Times

Monday - Saturday 10am - 5pm​​, Sunday 10am - 4pm. ​All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Only one child under 6yrs per adult swimming.

Terrace Bar

Opening Hours. Monday to Sunday 12pm – 10.30pm​. After 10.30pm please ask at reception for service. Room service is available at a supplement of £5 per person. ​​If you would like to charge your drinks to your room, you will need to show your Room Charge Card.​ Without a valid charge card, you will be required to pay with cash or card. ​If you haven’t got a valid charge card please enquire at reception.

Terrace Restaurant

BREAKFAST SERVICE Monday to Friday 7am – 9.30am, ​Saturday and Sunday 8am – 10am​Room service is available at a supplement of £5 per person. Breakfast order form must be completed by 10pm the night before. ​LUNCH SERVICE We are currently closed for lunches. DINNER SERVICE Monday to Saturday 6pm – 8.30pm​, Sunday CLOSED​. Room service is available at a supplement of £5 per person. ​Tables for evening meals must be pre-booked. Please call reception by dialling 0 to book your table or ​book your table online. If you would like to charge your dinner to your room, you will need to show your Room Charge Card

Car Park

All vehicles are parked at the owners’ risk. Should a problem occur with a vehicle in the hotel car park, the hotel cannot accept any liability.
